Lights

Yesterday we took the light out of the playroom (was a dining room) and put in a simple one, and put the pretty chandelier over the kitchen table. It looks so much better I can't believe we didn't do it a long time ago. And the best part? So far, the house hasn't burnt down! (knock on wood)

So if anyone wants to buy a Texas country chandelier, let me know. As you can see it seriously needs dusting, like all things in my house, but other than that works fine and it puts the prettiest shadows on the ceiling, which I will miss.
