Today, we went to the Dallas Arboretum. I think I love it the most in the fall!
This is the new children's garden addition. It is really amazing!
The girls did a science lab in their education center. Did you eat nails for breakfast? The separated the iron out of Total Cereal.

They learned about energy in the energy playground
Off in the distance you can see the house Theo is going to buy me for Christmas... if he wins the lottery.
The minnows loved the cheerios,
but not enough to let Lizzy catch them.
The koi fish also loved the Cheerios and even let Lizzy pet them. They were slimy.
No trip to the arboretum is complete without playing in the water.
I loved these pretty upright elephant ears. I want to find some for our yard next summer.
