Today we went with one of Katie's friends to see the butterfly exhibit that the Kiwanis club put on at the mall. Lizzy really enjoyed it but it just kind of freaked Katie and I out. Sorry, but they are bugs. Pretty bugs, but bugs none the less. And they convinced me that we really needed one to take home, so now we have two cocoons in jars on my kitchen counter. Fuzzy, the caterpillar, who is half in his cocoon now and the Orangey, the butterfly who should hatch any day now.
